About Me

Dominic Kayatta, M.S., CPXP, CPC is a Certified Professional Coach, Training and Development Professional and Career Management Consultant with extensive experience in the delivery of customized career development and transition programs servicing a broad spectrum of markets, including the financial, health care and social services industries.
His client base during his career with several organizations spans a diversified roster where he has provided executive coaching as well as career management and developmental education to professional, exempt and non-exempt employees.
Dominic has implemented and enhanced many career development tools and systems to better align individual efforts with organizational goals and objectives. He has directed the efforts of all recognition and mentoring services for an international finance department that encompassed 5 countries.
Dominic received his coaching certification through iPEC and is certified by the International Coaching Federation. He has provided executive, leadership, life and career coaching with individuals, groups and organizations for over 25 years. Dominic’s approach is meeting individuals where they are and partnering with his clients to help reach their maximum potential through a strengths-based approach.
Dominic is a graduate of Shippensburg University with a Masters of Science as well as a Bachelors of Science from Mount Saint Mary’s University. He grew up in Harrisburg, PA and now lives in Newark, DE with his wife Lynne, and children Sophia and Nicholas.
